I have recently moved house, how do I stop my swim pack from being sent to my old address? Print

If you have changed address please contact us here and we can update our records for you.

Please confirm your full name, date of birth, along with your old and new address.

Approximately 6 weeks prior to the event weekend we start to produce the Great Swim packs so from then, we will not be able to stop your Great Swim pack from being sent to the address on your entry form.

Any undelivered Great Swim packs are returned to us so we can forward them onto the new addresses, but should you need to you can collect a replacement from the information point at the event site.
